Here are some of the cats that are famous for being good with young family members.
1. Girl
A ragdoll is an obvious choice for a family with children, as their name refers to how easy-going and flexible they become when people hold them. They are very relaxed and calm cats who like to play gently and like to cuddle. As a bonus, their bright blue eyes look stunning, and they come in a range of dominant colors (from dark brown to pale purple).
2. American curl
Studies on the behavior of cats suggest that American curls are more likely to spend time with children than with matures. Their name comes from their curved ears, and they are muscular and energetic cats who love interactive games. When you get attached to someone, you often rub your head against that person’s face.
3. Maine Coon
A Maine coon can be an ideal companion for a child, because these cats love to be with people, but are also perfectly happy to entertain themselves in the absence of company.
